Mr. Nichols practices in the areas of civil litigation, real estate and business law. He has successfully represented clients in numerous jury trials, non-jury trials and arbitration hearings. His past legal experience includes working as in-house counsel for a Fortune 100 insurance company and serving as counsel for numerous national skilled nursing care facilities. Mr. Nichols frequently litigates in federal and state courts in Western Pennsylvania.
