Mr. Bootay, founder of Bootay Bevington & Nichols in 2003, practices in the areas of real estate and development, municipal, business, estate planning, probate and all areas of litigation. He represents a number of individuals, businesses and developers, providing counsel in these areas. Mr. Bootay appears in federal and state courts in Western Pennsylvania and has first chair trial experience. Mr. Bootay has also argued in the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
