David M. DelGreco

David M. DelGreco has experience in conducting zoning and land use hearings, land use appeals, drafting pleadings, arguing motions, and litigating landlord tenant disputes.

David’s real estate practice includes drafting land development applications, facilitating residential and commercial real estate developments, and representing property owners in commercial and residential tax assessment appeals. He has prepared purchase and sale agreements, leases, operating agreements and corporate formation documents. David has also represented buyers and sellers in completing and closing commercial and residential real estate acquisition and refinance transactions.

During David’s education, he interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania and at the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Family Division for the Honorable Paul E. Cozza.
